Gnomes Are Invading
I am having so much fun making the gnomes and fairies. I can’t believe with very little practice how easy these are to make. I highly recommend Fairies, Gnomes and Trolls for showing you how to make faces of all sorts. The principles are the same whether you are making a human or make believe face. I am working on a Troll at the present time….it is presenting some new challenges! But I will get his face right yet!
It is getting so bad, I am now naming my creations. They are becoming real; part of the flower/pond neighborhood.
The Green Man is looking out for my garden and all it inhabitants:
The garden is flourishing under his constant care:
Coral Bell Mermaid is lounging by the side of the pond:

Bertie the Birdman gnome is taking care of all the little birds that come his way. If you look real close you will be able to see the Bluebird on his hand!

This sleepy little fairie can’t seem to get out of bed! Her and I have a lot in common. I haven’t named her yet…can’t think of one for a sleepy fairie. (My friend Raymie has named this sleepy little fairie for me…Dozy-Lorie is her name…Dozy-Lorie says thanks you Raymie!)

Polymer clay is so much fun! Once I sprayed them with a finish, they are able to stay outside throughout most weather. I will bring them in during the winter months, but they so enjoy being outside.

Raymie would love to help you name your Fairie. We did some research together to pick just the right name. Raymie thinks her name should be Dozy-Lorie.
Raymie loves your fairies and your beautiful gardens.
